I believe people are resilient and are innately capable of healing and transformation. I provide a supportive and empowering space to my clients to build insight and self-awareness, manage thoughts and emotions with mindfulness and acceptance and to process difficult or traumatic experiences, in a way that is not overwhelming. I help my clients feel safe and undo their aloneness with empathy, validation and attunement. I help them build a nurturing and compassionate space to transform emotional experiences.

I hope my clients in sessions experience a deep sense of safety and trust knowing that they are in a supportive, nurturing, non-judgemental space

where they can be vulnerable and authentic. I wish that they witness a noticeable and emotionally freeing shift in their emotional tension, anxiety or distress. I aim to fuel them with a sense of empowerment and a sense of agency which will leave them with hope and direction in their personal growth and healing. I also hope to help them build a deeper connection with themselves and build self-compassion so that they can tend to their needs, emotions or inner experiences.

Outside of therapy, I really love to cook and explore new dishes and cuisines. I like to read about recent trends in psychology, spirituality and religious traditions and cultures. I also like to watch comforting movies, web series, and anime. Occasionally, I also indulge in art and craft work.
